How do I pay my dues?
You have two options for paying your annual dues.
Option 1: Pay Online
Go to the Pay Dues/Donate page. Choose an option according to the number of lots you own. Choose the options you want from the drop down menu, go to cart, and check out using PayPal.
Option 2: Pay with a Check
Owners can print an invoice from our website; the invoice includes the mailing address for which you can send in your payment.

Invoices are mailed / emailed to all property owners in January of each year. Invoices are due upon receipt.
How do I get a key to Recs 1 and 3?
Once you pay all your fees including the Rec 1 key fee, the key will be mailed to you in April of each year.
All property owners that pay their dues are allowed a key to Rec 3 (the Rec 3 key will not change annually).
When are the locks / keys changed?
The Rec 1 lock is replaced each March 15th. Look for exact date on our Marque.
The Rec 3 lock does not change.
What if I lose my boat ramp key?
Print the replacement key form and send the form with your payment of $25.00 to the address on the form. The replacement key will be mailed to you.
Who is allowed to use the Rec Areas?
Rec Areas are for use by PSCA Property Owners that have paid their membership.
Who does repairs and maintenance in the Shores?
Repair and Maintenance is performed as we have available funds. There are "clean-up" days organized throughout the year when residents volunteer their time and talents to beautify our community. You can also go to the Pay Dues/Donate page to contribute extra funds to road repairs.
How can I get more involved in the community?
You can join the Piankatank Shores FaceBook page where many of our residents communicate, keep each other up to date on happenings in the neighborhood and nearby areas, community events, and make announcements. Click the link at the top of this page to join.
